BE CAREFUL WHILE DEALING WITH ELDECO, AS MORE THEN 60 RESIDENT FAMILIES ARE CHASING THEM FOR THEIR OC AND CONVENIENCE DEEDS FROM LAST 3 YEARS FROM ELDECO PANIPAT SECTOR 6, THEY ARE NOT A RELIABLE GROUP TO DEAL, BETTER TO AVOID THEM. THEY TAKE YOUR ALL MONEY AND MAKE YOU KEEP RUNNING BEHIND THEM.

Hiii friends, I would like to share my personal experience with the Eldeco Infrastructure And Properties, panipat.

A man's common thing is a house where his memorable moments and feeling live with him.

But today the builders cheated them.

I would like to share my review with eldeco builders. They don't give a proper house.

If you buy a flat from them you face several problems which are following : -

The staff of these builders are very rude. They don't know how to handle customers. They don't speak polite with customer.

These builders use a very low quality material to make building. Their building lasts only for 2 to 3 years. They don't give a good house to the people.

If you buy a flat from them before preparing the building, you should wait for 2 to 3 years to get your flat.

I suggest you friends not to fix or buy any flat with them.

A man's common thing is his home which is a place of symbol of his memorable moments. A house is not only a home but it is also related to his belongings.

But the builders scammed with the people. They don't give proper house to the people.

Specially I am giving review on Eldeco Builders.

Their infrastructure is the worst. Their staff behaves very rude after fix a deal.

The house given by them is not suitable for living. It is only for 2 to 3 years. After you have to change your house for your safety. They use very low quality material. And there is no facilities in their flats.

The money taken by you of your flat is very muchh in compare of their flats and building.

Take also a lot of time to give you your house if you booked it before prepare the building.

Don't fix any deal with them.

Eldeco estate one , panipat claimed to be one of the best townships of panipat but the truth is on the other side of coin

It is almost 10 kms from the main city of panipat one has to pay 30 RS toll tax everytime to reach eldeco from city . Eldeco estate one almost established in year 2005-2006 and after 12 yrs of making in big township of over 200 acres only 400 families managed to find there place and most of them are not satisfied with the services of the township

Eldeco estate one , panipat increased the prices of the sold plots or villas by giving extra enhancement of price to the buyers

Too much of maintenance cost to ne paid by the people living in the township

I strongly suggest to new buyers to consider all the negative pointa before buying a unit
