Eden Group( not Eden city) is one of the most dishonest builders in Kolkata. They will cheat you left and right. You will see that their prices are competitive. Looks like they have a vision to do good work but the staffs and some of the senior people are very dishonest. They use inferior quality materials even though sanctioned for better ones. Infected supervisation as they are also part of this wrongdoing. They have taken so much money for Maintenence but in reality Maintenence is pathetic. Avoid Eden group.
