Economic Offences Wing(EOW) of Delhi Police has arrested one of the managing directors of Earth Infrastructures Ltd Avdesh kumar goel on the charges of cheating home buyers and indulging in a criminal conspiracy.i invested my money in one of their commercial projects in 2012 and they committed to pay guaranteed return of 12% per anum till possession but neither they have given possession nor giving any return as par commitment.

The EOW had received many complaints from persons like me who had invested in earth infrastructures projects so director of the company was arrested from the airport on the basis of look out circular when he was trying to leave the country for Bangkok and was produced in a city court and remanded to two more days of police custody.i recommend to never invest in this company.they launched many projects in 2011 and 2012 with possession time in 2014 but they still have not completed any of the projects.never go to this builder.
