EAPL Group is not reliable developer

Sri Tirumal Sarovar Project, Bangalore is low quality project with cramped flat design. The builder commits so many things but deliver little . They have done many low quality Apartments around south Bangalore and cheated buyers . No OC, A-Khata, STP, poor parking area, incomplete GYM, small lifts without approval. They will not handover the land documents and all Govt agency clearance certificates. They deviate the plans .

You will do the agreement with Hyderabad office and project is t Bangalre. So you will never meet the developer except sales guys and representative Sridhar.

Flat buyers have to run behind them at the end . After running for years .finally they will not attend your calls and block your mail ids.

Beware of this builder.
