Durga Developers, Ranchi

Durga Developers and it's directors have several criminal cases to their name. They've defrauded almost everyone they ever dealt with including Mr M.S. DHONI. They've also have been declared as willful defaulters by HUDCO. They took my land, made illegal flats on it and have even not paid me even after 10 years of completion of flat. They even changed the name of the apartments from what it was agreed to.. SO PEOPLE BEWARE !!

Stay Away, Do not buy or rent, there are many cases against the builder in Civil Court and High Court of Jharkhand and Bangalore.An investigation by CBI and Economic Offence Wing is going on against the builder. FIR has been filed in Argora Police Station. People might think that there is lot of competition in this field and that is why there are lot of negative comments here. However, the fact is that these comments are from the real customers of Durga Developers(https://ddpl97.com/) of their first project SLV Apartment in Hulimavu, Bangalore. This builder doesn't have CREDAI approval and is not part of any real estate forums in Bangalore. Please do not get confused with the other credible Durga Builders in Bangalore whose logo is different. This builder(DDPL) is a cheater and will not deliver any promises he make. They change their offices very often and also change the places they stay, so that people can't catch hold of them after selling the flats. This builder is from Ranchi and uses cheap construction quality materials, make fake promises, exaggerate prices and loots your money. They are a bunch of non-trustworthy people whose intention is only to loot your money and escape. We from SLV Apartment, Hulimavu, Bangalore is still chasing them for the pending works!
