The builders are number one liers. To sell their property, they will create a fake narrative that everything is sold out and tell only lower floors are available but in reality, that is not the case. They block all the higher floors(and say that they are sold out, creates a fake demand supply issue) and you will get amazed to know that the all the higher floors are of the same rate of lower floor you end up purchasing at a later point of time. They make you compromise on floor even after shelling a lot of amount leading to utmost dissatisfaction. Their sales strategy is rotten to core. Be aware of these builders. They are ethic less. I did not hear any good reviews on their completed projects as well.Infact, few residents told me not to even invest a penny on these builders as its not worth.apparently there are cases of theft in a couple of apartments as well! The infrastructure and quality of provided amenities are also not up to mark and are ill maintained. They just won't give what is promised is what I heard. Be careful before investing.
