I got a flat from DS MAX recently - it is well built and furnished well, I dont think any second thought on purchasing the house and the interior is very professionally done. I liked the most.

Kudo's to whole team and thanks for giving on time. My dream came true(owning the house in bangalore)!

Please don’t choose this Apartment.

The hygiene is zero here and you will need to face lot of issues. Construction is very poor.House owners cover it up with patch works but eventually you will start seeing the issues. People feed pigeons in the terrace daily so you will have to face all the skin issues and respiratory issues that pigeons cause. Due to this reason we were not even feeling like drying our clothes in terrace

There will be 100s of pigeons sitting on your cloths and shitting. The pigeon feeding doesnt stop there. If we walk down in the basement people throw rice to pigeons sitting on the ground so you will get free rice shower everyday

My husband was going for a walk one day and someone spitted from first floor.

I dont know how come an apartment gets majority of such residents who has zero manners

And the association is dummy here . There is one electrician they have appointed. His attitude is like he is the land owner.He never comes on time and acts rude.

Children’s play area is pathetic. Most of the items are broken for years and they cant spend such small amounts for repair.

Why I spend my time to put a detailed review is:

You will find this issues only after you go there . The low rent and that area attracts people. But living there is a headache. We left that place within an year. If you have kids, they will definitely get sick if you live like a unhygienic place .

If you spend some more time and search, you will definitely find another good one

I stayed in DS Max Sprinkles E Block for around 18 months. Wanted to leave early but due to vivid had to stay little longer.

1. 
   Build quality is very poor. Even though building is not very old cracks are everywhere. Also even if you talk normally neighbour can listen.
   



2. 
   The E Block lift didn't work most of the times and even after complaining everyday they didn't provide permanent solution. In stead they kept gurads to check who is carrying what in lift as it couldn't support any load.
   



3. 
   In front of every blocks they kept big bins for collecting garbage however they were not adequate and as such people used to throw garbage everywhere and the whole place stinks.

   Except few weights nothing works in the gym and the one time I used swimming pool I had skin infection. The terrace is complete mess and you can't even walk there. They didn't even have proper balcony it can be only used to keep your cylinder , washing machine and that's it. Also they won't allow to carry any item through lift.

   They mentioned 24 hour power backup but in reality they provide backup to only 3 bulbs .

   Management is made up of people who are only interested in politics and looting money. They won't listen any complaints. They once also enforced from which shop you could collect water cans.
   



7. 
   However the worst moment came when I was leaving the society. My owner didn't pay 1000 rupees from 2 years back and for that reason they kept me and my hired team waiting for almost 2 hours. I even gave them the pending amount at the gate itself however even after my owner and myself kept calling the management team was pushing things to one and another like any government office. The securities and the other stuffs are simply illiterate and don't know how to behave properly.

   Even some people are so narrow minded. They had problem when someone feeds stray dogs outside society. They had problem when someone walked on the terrace. They had problem when someone smoked in his own room. They had problem when dogs bark.
   

Overall this sucked the life out of me and I haven't seen any worse managed society in my life.

I have lived in rented flats since my childhood. I do even now. Before my current place, I lived in DS Max Sprinkles. It is one of the WORST place to live. Area is bad but the people living there in the apartment are unbearable. They have problem with everything.

Eg. Had a loud fight with my partner. In the house. Doors, windows closed. But someone came to our door knocking and threatened to call cops on us :D

While moving out, they did not have maintenance records. Made me wait for the right pending amount for more than an hour. I donated my old matress to the electrician. They didn't let him take it outside the gate claiming maintenance is not paid (electrician will pay?)

People have problem if you smoke inside your own home cos smell escapes here and there. Suggestion is to smoke on the street (which is illegal btw but to hell with law)

SOWA committee is made of old men who have nothing better in life to do. They are sad and angry for everything. Have no respect for other, president acts as if he is the president of the country.

No privacy. Walls are so thin I can hear the next door neighbor pee.

NEVER LIVE HERE. NEVER. BETTER TO BE IN A STUDIO APPARTMENT.

This is Chandra, DS-MAX SPRINKLES, Kodathi Village, Sarjapur, Bangalore.

My suggestion to the new buyers is go for DS Max propeties, but properly check before buying the properties. if you not see properly after purchased you will suffering. After paid they will not listen to you at all to solve any issues.

I have raised few queries and they are not interested to listen to them and CRM is asking money to do the works.

Lot of Cracks in all room Walls, bathroom & Balcony. etc.
