The project Needs3 Project 100 which they constructed is another example of their bad quality. Within 6 months of possession the construction quality is showing off. With just few days of rains in bangalore there are multiple seepage issues in almost everywhere in the apartments.
1) water is seeping from everywhere, even the critical points like electrial sockets are leaking water which is very dangerous with risk of electric shocks.
2) top floor residents are mostly impacted with water seeping in from the roof.
3) swimming pool is on the ground floor and the water keeps on seeping in the basement car parking below
4) despite multiple follow up with the builder they are not fixing the issue, already 90 flats are sold out so they are least concerned about the residents and apartment issues
5) the party hall was never constructed which was promised in the beginning and the builder even took money from the buyers which was never refunded
6) the slope is not correct anywhere in the apartment, in common areas, bathrooms and balconies and water stagnates causing problems and risk of falling after slipping, already one aged man died in one of the flats due to slipping in the bathrooms
7) the doors are of cheap quality which breaks after slight force, the handles become loose after just 1 month of use, the pillars are thin and there is water leaking in due to capillary action
8) most of the places have temporary work done by the builder, like construction of club house and gym, the whole wall on the stairs next is covered with plastic sheet insted of cemented construction, with every rain all the water will flow in the stairs.
9) most importantly the builder does not pay concern to the residents requests to mitigate the issues, they just provide false assurance and do some temporary work in order to kill the days so that they can move over. The MD D. Sririnivas make fun of the concerns which the residents had over the construction quality.
All the above proves that the project is made with bad engineering and use of cheap materials, there is cost cutting made everywhere. I would like to caution everywhere who are planning to buy flats in their Needs3 project both in Harlur Road and Bannerghatta Road, please dont fall into the trap and waste your precious money.
