My self karthik, am staying in aspen woods from past  2  years, Construction quality is very good,  am so happy, I bought the flat  reasonable price its so good,    after  completion of this project they have started wonderful  project near klassic benchmark  with  high-rise building,  the name called needs 3  project 276, project location is very nice,  my relatives has booked 6 flats at one shot, they have seen my flat construction  quality and finishing,  they are very impressed.

New project model flat also ready, I have visited last month with my relatives, the lobby area is looking awesome, finishing also  very good, inside of the flat like  tiles, doors, locks, switches, toilet fitting, windows & sliding doors, they have used  all branded materials  only,  it is  very nice. if compare with other builders  in bannerghatta road   with the  price, location and finishing  the needs project 276  is best  to buy a flat,  its my opinion.
