Dreamz Infra India Ltd. a venture in the real estate industry began their journey on 2nd of January, 2011, with a sole aim to fulfill the dreams of the common man to own their dream home which has their registered office at Madhuloka Building, #577/B, 2nd Floor, Outer Ring Road, Koramangala, Bangalore- 560034 .

In fact this is a big fraud company and actually the promoters are fulfilling their own dream to make huge money by looting and cheating common man by collecting advance money for booking the flats. They promised to handover the flat to them on a date which never happens.

They don't even buy land or plot to construct the flats. Many people are running from pillar to post to recover even their own money which was given in the name of booking amount. Several cases have been booked against them. Their staff keep on changing as they don't get their salary in time. It is the most unethical company .

The management employs many Bouncers and Goons at their office to stop people who ask their money back.This company never pays their vendors in time.Be careful dealing with this company. Pradeep Seraphim

Hello friends today a review of all the people I'm going to tell you about fraud company called Dreamz Infra and it is located in Bangalore to fraud.I will tell you that this company is how fraud as well as I, with you, I will tell you my experience, I should also tell you that this company should never contact.

I'm going to tell you some of my experience, it works well in the company to give you a flat only if you want to make your home, you can build your house in such a way the company is governed.I had booked my flat before I took the money that I needed for the company and that the apartment you will find on this date But when I was that day so I was not too flat, had placed all my money already, you told me that you just can not get this apartment will have to wait a few days.

Then again, I was in that company and I said today is the date today I should find my apartment again and they said it just can not get you some work going flat But when I went there and saw there was no work going on and off like he was lying flat then I was back in that company and I wrote a complaint but also did not affect the complaint.My money still trapped and I have not received my money yet, from that day on I constantly am trying to get my money back but I have not yet found.This company is very, very fast in making excuses.The company is the first fraud takes money from their customers in advance, it is deposited in the bank and the bank's interest is to get the money back to you after it is probably too much time and then also earn money by doing it according to my experience, it takes a very large fraud company.

Finally I can say with all of you, please do not lose any of you got out with the company, If you do that, your money and your time will be wasted and in the end both will hurt you just.
Think.... Think once before you deal with Dreamz

The very first question is here. Few days back some people posted some reviews here on Dreamz, suddenly the all the reviews removed from mouthshut, now do not again someone created it.

I have also a very wrost experience with Dreamz. I will suggest people in bangalore not to even think to buy any flat with them. If you booked think your bad day started from there. They are expert in cheating people not to delivery flat. If you want to read the true reviews go to google and type Dreamz Infra, and read the reviews.

Still I do not know when I will get back my money.

I can do all the promises in the world to tell you that DREAMZ GK stands for DELAY DELAY & DELAY. I am cursing all the employees who showed their teeth to get money from me and offered me frooti until they got their final payment. I invested in one of their projects in E-city, then changed to another after 1 year of no progress and finally after 2 years I got pissed off on no progress, not even flat allotment is done and am still struggling to get my money back. Let me warn you they are very very good in creating documents and showing hospitality to you at the very beginning till they get what they want(MONEY). Then you go and question the delay in project, they will have 101 reasons to tell you why it is getting delayed. Then you will be frustrated and show your emotions is when they will show you the door and tell you" Do whatever action you want to take".The least I could do now is to warn people from falling their trap..Do NOT EVER EVER get tricked by the smile of the girls over there...They are just dumb dolls to give soft talking and lure you. Even I am not providing my real name here for the simple reason that still i didn't get my money back..only bounced cheques I have. Let me explain you how they give you cheap flats.They will do this bloody pre-launch offer to lure some fools to invest money with them showing 100% return..then they will NEVER EVER complete the project on time, and by that they will earn quite a lot of interest income, then realizing this, many customers will ask for their invested money for that they have to bear all the headache of travelling back and forth to their office...In the mean time they ll lure other customers and the cycle goes...they make huge huge profit by earning interest from our money and delaying the project.Not to mention, their customer feedbacks are absolutely fake and a few I would say are way old..taken when they excited the customers through their hospitality & documents..How many actually got possession No One Knows..Hence I am again and again telling you..DO NOT GET FOOLED by their Hospitality..In REALITY you wont get your flat!!!

If you decide to take flat this dreamz gk then you will regret your decision in your dream as well.

I booked flat in lambodara near haralur road. There used to be board indicating about a project. Now, if you go there, there is no board at all. They can create projects out of air.

You will be screwed royally.

I have a very little confidence to go with them. I had visited their property fair mela they conducted recently at HSR office. To substantiate this lemme give u few points..


  1. Through online sources we can get a number of reviews by satisfied customers Saying "Dreams GK made their dreams come true at affordable cost".





The truth is they have completed just one project as of today, how come they have so many satisfied customers.


  1. More than 30 projects are under construction. God bless the ppl who booked flats in these 30 projects. I wish they get it soon.





3.Prices differ : they have advertised saying own a 2 BHK flat at 14 LACS .. Wen I enquired about it they said 2 BHK is for 34 Lacs. Misleading advertisements. This people should be booked for this.

4.My third question was "is the property registered yet?"Answer was "No". Then how come they are selling it.


  1. If any of you visit their office you can notice that they have showcased number of awards they have received. most of the awards they received are from one body.





Which clearly indicated they are paid awards. I request you you all to check this...


  1. The list will go on...I request all my friends be cautious, do some checks and dont forget to ask few direct questions to them. Buy at your own risk.

I am here in Bangalore from 8 Years and from past 2 years I am working in Bangalore. Past two years I am also searching for Property because already I am giving rent of 10 to 20 thousand so I am searching property, I already visited a lot of builders but no one could satisfied me like either location or budget, it is not working out then finally I saw the advertisement in Times of India for property at Dreamz infra then I just call them and ask them what is the rate but they are mention there same rate in their office or not. When I inquired then they told, Yes the rate is same as advertisement rate.

You just come to office for visit because the rate is inclusive like car parking, CAB, all the facilities are inclusive so I thought  “OK fine” .Then Saturday, I went to their office and there I mat Mr. Hemadri, I discuss with Mr. Hemadri around 1 hours and told him   all of my requirements so they showed me 2-3 flats, in which I finalized one in martahalli because my office is nearby martahalli .Then after sales service team I said to Mr.  Vivek Panday . Mr. panday cleared me about what is the procedure of payment installment and how many months you have to pay, how you want to pay? I told him clearly "see I cannot pay 5 lacks at a time. Then he told "OK "now I paid him advance and remaining 25% amount I will pay within a month. The service is very good, they do what they say. The commitment level is also very good and I am really happy with services provided by Dreamz .

I have bought Dreamz flat at December 2011 around mid of Dec . Actually In the starting I had too much of worried like whatever should I bought a flat or not because I was thinking like being a bachelor I should go for it or not and I was bit confused about like which vendor or which builder I should go since Dreamz was the initial in this stage it was in marketing earlier and now it is into the development part so I was bit worried like should I go with Dreamz or not , but unfortunately I planned and I thought let me believe on this because its like trust building from both the side so I thought ok , let me go with them and finally I am about to got my flat because I am thinking like wow! Now I am feeling like wow! that officially being a bachelor I was thinking like when I should get my flat around when will be age of 40 or I will be age of 45 but thanks for the dreamz infra actually I am getting my home around 26 years of my age and that will be a big achievement for me and my family as well so I feel like , I want to shear some experiences , I went through I purchase flat from dreamz infra .

I was thinking like ok I should have this much money in invest first of all I have faith that whether I am investing this much money. it will be a safe game plan or not but I took a risk , I went with dreamz I maintain that relationship with them and finally I got through like its around 4 months I was like very happy that ok now I am in to the stage I can tell ok these gyes are really doing very well and I am proud of them actually they are doing very well initially they didn’t have land papers that time we trusted them after that they just maintain the trust they purchase the land , send out the mail they sent proper email chain around every week they will be sending photographs what are the development they are doing, how much the work is completed, so everything will be maintain in a proper manner so I am so happy with them so I feel that I will get my home in a proper time which they have confirmed. We had come to know about Dreamz Infra from the browser which we gated from my friend , In that one phone no is their we called up and we enquired something from Dreamz office and we enquired about the rates and all reasonable prices then we thought about that dreamz Infra Project for 2 days and after 2 days we came back and booked a flat immediately and then I am getting good responses and the services is good then again we booked one more flat in Electronic city and my husband will talk more about Dreamz

Actually when we come to Dreamz we had been Detected person called Anoop .

My first experience was very good and because of we have booked the flat and then we come to know like initially we had some doubts about Dreamz . It was unknown company so we had doubt that how can we purchase the flat without popular like builder the we had two days discussion with my wife later we come because of Anoop , we booked the flat by believing his word we have booked the flat and whatever till now he has been committed he is doing tremendous like fulfilling the customers needs and because of that we had taken the other flat in Electronic city.

I am working for MNC in Bangalore .I heard about this project from one of my friend then I enquired with the consultancy then after that I got a flat hear in Pre-Launch Offer initially we confused about Dreamz but now construction is in process my home lone also got approved then after that construction is going on as per the plan we are going to complete the registration .you can see the progress of my plan . I had a plan of like Dream of my flat and it come through my Dream is getting true with Dreamz Infra.

I am a resident of Palanipakkam. I am in Bangalore since 2 years. I have planned to own a flat in next 1 to 1.5 years. So, I searched many projects and went to many builders. All were very costly. My main target was to have a flat which has the quality, reachable location and at the same time the cost should be affordable. Then I came to know about the Dreamz project. Initially I was not aware of Dreamz Infra, who are they? I found that there is no existing project of Dreamz, so I was hesitating to go for it. After that I approached them directly and discussed everything.

After discussion I was convinced and decided to go for it. I verified all the documents. They were pricing lesser than other builders as a pre-launch of their project. I paid the initial booking amount and confirmed my booking in Dreamz. Now the land registration and approval of project plan is also done. And now the progress is fast. My basic requirement was reachability and that is solved as Dreamz projects are very near to main accessibility locations. 2nd thing is that the cost is within my budget. Because of these 2 major reasons I have chosen Dreamz project. Now the construction is also started and two floor project plans is approved and loan has been passed from major bank, that is a big plus point. I am very happy and satisfied after booking the Dreamz project.

Initially I had some doubts but there are no such doubts or any questions as the construction is going on. We are happy with it.

I work in a company called Saforn Engineering Services. I am a Technical Manager over there. My relationship with Dreamz started few months back as couple of my colleagues has booked flats in Dreamz. They wanted me to go and visit the facilities provided by Dreamz and speak to them. And I was really impressed having my 1st meeting with Dreamz. The way they speak to the customer and way of explaining the details of project was very impressive. They took me for the site visit also. The hospitality provided by them and the discussion was really great. I really liked the design of flats what they explained to me. I showed interest in 2BHK flat of 1100 sqft. I booked it few months back.

So far any kind of queries I asked at any point of time and the way they responded was really good. I am very comfortable with Dreamz. There are few more added advantages and differences when I compare Dreamz with other builders. The 1st thing is loan processing. They have a separate loan processing team who explained me what are the required documents for loan and also helps to avoid front and back between bank customers. That is very impressive thing. The 2nd thing is legal team is sitting at Dreamz, they verify all the documents very well. In fact I requested them to provide documents related to the land and they were pretty quick in handing over the documents to me. I took it outside for the legal opinion and it was pretty clear. So, I am quite happy with Dreamz.
