Summary

Dreams Group is a big Fraudstar!! Beware !!

I am a flat owner in Dreams Lynnea Wagholi. The builder is a very big fraud. They had promised to complete the project by 2018, but we are still leaving in a not completed society for past 2 ywars. No amenities are provided though we have already paid for everything. Even basic amenities like security, lift, power backup in common areas is not provided. We have been following up with builder but everytime they give either excuses or false promises!!

Please beware, do not invest with the Dreams group as they are the biggest frauds in Pune!!

Government Processes is faster than them

They loot people. Employees have no holidays at the time of Sale, employees are on leave after sale. No respect for human feeling. Project is flop one. False promises and no action by line managers. They dont pick calls. We are stuck up with flat here. Please dont buy houses with Dreams Lynnea.
