Hi All, Personally I have bad experience with DRA one of the projects.

While booking they committed with fixed price. Totally un faire special approvals from higher management while booking about fixed price. But while coming to CRM they totally different approach with the customer till agreement. Soft promises they do number of but while coming to handover they will bring lot a hidden changes they wont consider confirmations while booking time. If you bring these type of concerns to DM also he will not consider your request also. I have personally experienced with all above issues in DRA. If someone required any facts about my experience you can reach out me at any time I can give my experience with mail evidence what are the issue I faced with DRA.

I personally have very bad experience with dra. I home in dra trulive navalur they agreed cost price as 34.50 lakhs on July 2021 they told me this ongoing property will be completed my march 2023 but now they are saying it will be completed by September 2023 6 months delay.during sale call they agreed they will pay emi in case of delay after march but now they are disagreeing to do it and are saying in construction agreement they have mentioned grace period of 6 months from march but this is not what they agreed to me on sale call. The construction agreement is 40 pages it is my bad I did not read all the pages of construction agreement but i am gutted that they put different thing in construction agreement than what they agreed to me on call. Their sale agents are as fake as any other builder who inflate things in their favour and are not honest so please read all the documents carefully before signing and better not to go with Dra as they don't have honesty or integrity in my opinion. My total loss because of delay Rs. 105000 and better not go with them as they are not timely builders also. So please call me in phone -824857xxxx - vikram before going with Dra and also to know how sales agent kind of tricks you by inflating things

Most of our issues had been sorted out with DRA homes now there's nothing pending or unresolved dispute technically.

My friend Phani from Hyderabad face the wrost experience by senior sale manager for TRULIV by his wrong promises he waited for the project from 2months the management will not support there sales team itself by they make mistake also.The MD will not direct with us I think so .

The tender process which is initiated by the government so as to facilitate bids for properties are not carried out in the standard formats prescribed leading to lack of credibility that is built up among the future buyers who are very keen in buying the properties.

They try to fool you with their sweet talk and attractive brouchers, but the truth is that they hardly have any intention of making the project, so you should definitely beaware of these people.

They have used poor quality ingredients to make the building because of which we have to suffer! I have had to do renovation in my house twice in a year because there were so many problems like cracks and leakages!

There has been a massive Impact of additional parking spaces on area traffic and local residents. The parking management options are very limited and restrictive. Other than this, the co-ordination with different agencies is not headed in a collaborative fashion and this needs to improve. This needs to change so as to change and foster co-operation.

The builder has no skills and working experience and he is probably one of the worst builders that I have come across! They keep changing the mapping and implementation of the project from time to time.

We are not allowed changes in the internal constrution of our own house although it is legally permissible!

I purchased a 2 BHK apartment(Vega Block - 410) in Pristine Pavilion Phase 2, Mahindra World City, Chennai and I am really happy that I got my handover on time. Initially I came to know about this property through a friend of mine who works for Mahindra Research Valley who is an existing customer of the project in phase 1. I didn't knew anything about the builder prior and had to trust my friend's recommendation. Thinking about it, we are now neighbours and it was a good choice.

I had the opportunity to interact with the MD and was convinced with the facilities provided.

Customer support team was helpful and communicated with me regularly. I also promptly received referral incentive for referring my relatives to buy in the same property. Company staff are easily approachable and there was no issue with the coordination.

When I booked an apartment I was given a customer portal login that had all the documents shared with me so I could just download it anytime. I had few small issues in between but it was attended to. Only suggestion is that the builder could have done customization within my apartment. Final finish of the apartment is good and all specifications that were shown earlier is provided. Overall, it was a good experience and you can consider this as a good buy.
