You must face people, even you number is not responding, which office you are available, situation need to handled by you. otherwise . Hiding, running away mean you did wrong. Don't give wrong message to people.

Need to resolve the situation with resolution. You phone of off, you not available in office .

Is it the service you are into .don't hide

Provide you contactable contact number and office address otherwise law will find you for sure with bitter experience, which is not good.

FRAUD ALERT!

DPWHO has fooled us for over a year now and hence we have decide to take legal action action against them.

Details:

We booked flat no. 101, UG FLOOR, PROJECT NO. 19B, KAKROLA GAON, DWARKA on 19/11/2015 for a sum of Rs. 23 lakhs after having conversation with Mr. JS Rawat(contact no. 9818957736), Mr. Poonia(contact no. 9540004830) and were promised possession within 4-5 months. We paid Rs.1 lakh vide cheque dated the same day. We paid yet another sum of Rs. 2 lakh vide cheque dated 30/11/2015.

We called in December to check the status of the construction and were assured that the same was in progress and were denied a visit to the flat. In January 2016, we visited the construction site and were surprised to see that not even a brick was moved from the time we first visited the flat before booking the flat.

We visited the site again in March 2016 and still no progress. What it was June and we still could not find any progress in construction, we decided to cancel the same and get the money(3 lakhs) refunded and, as per DPWHO policy, we were promised a refund within 6 months. It has been almost a year now and we are still struggling to get our money back.

When tried to contact the above mentioned numbers of Mr. Poonia and Mr. JS Rawat, we did not get any positive/assuring reply.

Mr. Poonia never answers the call and Mr. JS Rawat is rude and arrogant while talking to us.

We have now decided to take the case further and drag DPWHO to the court. We need more and more people who have suffered the same to join us.

I had booked a flat from DPWHO in jan 2014 and had been promised possession after 15-18 months. But after completion of 18 months I had a view of site and I was totally shattered only pillars were so I had to take a decision of withdrawing my money back. As promised according to the contract I would recieve my money after 6 month but till date I m running for my money.

This is in reference of Flat NO 102 of DPWHO PROJECT NO-25 D being Constructed at Dwarka Sector-23B Pocket-:7 POCHANPUR, NEW DELHI. This was booked on 6th September2014 and was to be handed over within 18 months. But Construction never started for this project and after approaching DPW multiple times DPW dodged and were giving fake promises.

Due to frustration finally I cancelled project on 26 Feb 2016 because of Their fake promises and Project never started. I am still waiting for payment along with interest which they were supposed to pay on 10th of this month as promised and mentioned in letter. I want DPW response for the same otherwise I have to go for Legal Action against Them as I have given them enough chances and have been waiting for long. Please help in above case and provide me solution to get my Money back.

my name is mahendra singh raghav, and I had got one flat booked in dpwho project one at street 14 bhagwati garden extension dwarka more

I am a retired army personnel currently posted with defense security core at keral. my family is living at dwarka more. I had got one flat booked with project one of DPWHO three years back.  here starts my pain, troubles and non-ending trauma. the highlights are as under.

• 
  the project title documents are not with builder, the chain is not complete making us non-eligible for many civic amenities from DDA
  



• 
  the project is running with improper electricity connection and every month BSES disconnect the grid supply.
  



• 
  the project is yet not complete, lift not installed & we run to fourth floor all the time via stairs, the material quality if very poor and in 3rd year itself, the water seepage is as high as flow of tap. any day building might collapse.

  there is no complete hand-over and paper transfer of ownership, no security and no maintenance of society, thus it had become a nuisance for all, and every month case of theft are reported here.

  the tenants are living without verification & thus giving rise to police cases every second months.  various police complaints had been made to near police station in prev year.
  

we had given notice for cancellation of flat in June 2015 to society owner mr ponaiyaah, and he promised to refund our money by 15th of december 2015 in writing, now one month had passed and he is not willing to refund back our money.

this man had made fool / cheat with many retired army personnel's, and made huge money by duping several investors.  he had made a cheat show by showing as a simple man and displaying 100's of award shield in his office room, which itself give an impression of his wrong doings.   sachin tendulkar / DLF might not have won so many awards in 25 years.

he had employed few money - seeking retired high rank officers to work as face of company and try to dupe the investors. I am serving nation, and living far from my family and my family is living under fear and traumatic situation every second day. I had made several calls to MD / CEO of company, and they are not willing to give my hard earned money.

this man ponaiyaah is a fraud, w ho had come out from defense and now cheating simple ex service  people, who got trapped and give their retirement funds in dream of owning a home in delhi.

I warn every internet user to keep away from this fraud company and not think of investing a single penny in DPWHO projects. I am living in mental trauma for long years since we entered this society, and willing to go in writing to defense head-quarter and PMO about this fraud company and its promoter

Mr. Amit arora is 200% correct. Defence Personnel Welfare Housing Organisation DPWHO is a very big fraud company and its MD K.

Ponniah fools the entire aam public, especially army jawans or Nayaks or Subedhars and deceives them all and collects lakhs of rupees with a banawati motto of f1bkh, 2bhk flats of dream houses and invest the entire money in buying thousands of hectares of land in his home town MAYILADUTHURAI.

Tanjore District, Tamil Nadu in the name of his father and constructing many flats and Marriage hall over there andin Delhi neither he hands over flats with proper papers nor gives back any single paise out of lakhs of rupees of the investors and make them circumround his offices hundred number of times. My friends Pramod, Sethumadhavan and Sarojini madam are the main victims of K. Ponniah and DPWHO.

The house which he had handed over is made of very worst constructing materials starting from bricks to steel to paint to door materials, etc. For further proof the following numbers can be contacted before entering into any transactions with DPWHO. Mr. Siva is the agent of DPWHO and paid to protect the company and an wafadar employee of DPWHO and he will also realise when the sufferers number may raise to 1000s and one day all will break the heads of entire employees of DPWHO including the MD and his family members. The agony and aggrevation of entire sufferes will never go waste and now they are all forming a chain with one another and gradually put Mr. K. Ponniah and his entire team behind the bars one day. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT ENTER INTO ANY SINGLE PAISE TRANSACTION WITH DPWHO. The victims are meeting the Defence Minister shortly and bringing his all types of faces infront of entire Delhilites and are going to knock the doors of PM NARENDRA MODI AND CM KEJRIWAL AND THEIR TEAMS and finally with COURT OF LAW . The man behind this is Mr K Ponnaih who is partner and signatory of the organization. When you go to buy a property he will poject you big returns on the investment not less then 30% PA

They have launched over 30 projects in  Dwarka Mor, Uttam Nagar, Nawada, Pochanpur, Kakrola, Dhaulpur Siris, Bharthal, Chawla areas, in last 3 years but only 3 projects are deleivered, in all other projects they book the flats start construction collected money from home buyers and the stopped construction and launch a new project.

They also sell single flat to multiple buyers and at the time of possession they give the flat to the buyer who pay then highest price and to other they will offer refund with 30% growth and issue PDC cheques which will surely bounced and then you run after them to get your money.

There are many buyers who are running around for their hard earned money to whom these peoples have dumped.

They have recently launched a trust DPWHO Trust where they have Retired Defense  officer as Chairman, President etc.(See: https://dpwhotrust.com) and collecting money(Rs 5100) by making members for L Zone near dwarka Interestingly the name of Mr Ponniah the man behind it is not shown any where in the website or Scheme Brochure

I warn all peoples who are planning to buy home beware of these fraud organization.
