Dont buy. No OC from last 4 years

Not sure who are the people who have voted 3 n above but seems they are not residing in DNA apartment.

Although DNA builder gave the possession within the promised timelines it's been more than 4 years he is failed to obtain OC from BBMP. From a layman's perspective I find it fishy because he had built the apartment with a lot of deviation and BBMP is putting a huge penalty to allow the OC, hence he is running away from paying the penalty and simply lying to the residents.

There are all sorts of the issue which normally every apartment have but providing OC on time is something every builder's responsibility, unlike Mr. Builder who himself consider him as VIP who doesn't have time to meet residents after he sells the property.
