DLF, Cochin

I am Krishnakumar FCA. I have booked one flat in DLF Cochin project in the year 2008. They promised to complete the project in 2011. Not yet completed. They are cheating customers asking extra money in the way of illegal taxes.( being a Chartered Accountant I am sure about the gravity of robbery in the name of taxes). At the time of booking they offered penalty for delayed completion.

Now they are looting our pocket as interest and taxes. When asking for details of taxes no reply. May we the customers at present are the last victim of this company. Please avoid to deal with this company. To know more about the cheating of this company please contact me. My mobile No.9495114025. Please avoid going with DLF. I am one of the affected customer. Poor quality of construction. They will keep demanding money over and above the agreed amount in the name of taxes, increased apartment area, change of car park etc.

All are arrogant and you will not get any reply for your query. No. 1 fraud. Please keep away from them.

Have you guys checked on this premium project yet? They say it’s the last sea-facing property available in Kochi? Is it true?
