They lack ethics and we have to pay the consequence for that. There are officals threatnening to break down the building because of the illegal floor that they have constructed all the time.

They promised us green spaces and open lands but there was nothing of that sort when we came to stay here. This place is just another complex that has one building after another and no fresh air to breath in.

Builder not ready for price negotiation

The owners are not so concerned about the negotiation of the flat prices and this leads to general resentment among the buyers who are looking forward towards buying flats. When the deal does not proceed towards effective negotiation, it shows a lack of interest in the builder to close the deals.
