My Neighbour,Friends,Relatives all are booked the flat in Divya JSR Limelite, Now its my turn to book the flat as early as possible, im waiting for my salary hike, Once it has been done, I will be booking the flat. as I came to know about this project, flat will be getting handed over within a couple of months. waiting to be a part of DIVYA Family.

I had gone through about divya's last completed projects, almost 5 projects they have completed and I had a good feedback from the last project customers also.

I had booked a flat in DIVYA JSR LIMLEITE before 4 years for a pre launch prize, now im very much happie that I got a 1:3 Appreciation price for my flat, I waited for 4 years for my flat but I had got a good Appreciation for my flat. Now iam getting my flat at the earliest at the same pre launch price without any increase of Todays rate. Other buliders may charge todays rate at the time of registration.

DIVYA JSR LIMELITE is in prime location which is the main reason to book the flat from my point of view.

I seen divya infra properties good constructions and budgeted homes in abbigere main road, divya infra is a best company ever, I have purchased a flat in prime location i, e Abbigere, they are doing transparency business and quality of contruction in reasonable price and worth ton own it.

Good company, all projects are going well, am satisfied with divya infra properties ltd, all the best divya infra thank you

This builder has delayed construction for more than 4 years. Finishing is pathetic, registration cannot happen due to some clause between the land lord and builder in their legal documents. Trust me its easy to get appointment of the chief minister but not the owner of this company.

He is always sick and travelling if needs to be contacted. I and my wife struggled a lot to retrieve our money back. They took nearly 4 months to return a small amount which clearly states that this company is bankrupted. We purchased another property in the same area for 2600/- sft and with a bigger dimension.
