Divine Builder are fraud people don't purchase any property from them they do promises water supply/Sewage/security/maitainence but not fulfill anything and keep on befooling clients by looting money.

All projects they are managing are befooling and looting money once they close the deal & recieve money they stop responding to clients.

Divine world sector 115 Kharar Mohali is the most useless liar and deceitful company in Tri-city.

Last year in the month of September 2021 I went to the walk-in and met the salesman Rahul Sharma and then his manager, they represented a plot 275-A to me and wife and sold the half-finished property to us with many benefits., We trusted them and gave them 3, 60, 000 and booked that plot(the plot size is 2265 as whatever we measured by Atul from Divine-world) and after three months when we were doing the architecture for the house we would know. Turns out that the measurement for plot 275-A was 1645(Half has already been sold to someone and kept it a secret from us.) they were ready to deceive us. we were shocked and very upset.

They played with our sentiments. They broke our dream of our own home very badly. We had lost faith in them that there should be no further problem, at their behest we have cancelled this deal. After that they made us cry with tears of blood to return our hard-earned money. They used to harass us a lot in the scorching sun, repeatedly calling me by the name of giving me cheques in their office. 4 times the cheque was not cleared in the bank, it was a very disturbing sentence that we would again take the same cheque from the bank to their office and they would give a fresh cheque again with month's date, very sad because we had to take leave from office. And the whole day was wasted in it evetimes. they drive me crazy;The owner of the company “Om Parkash Thind” has absolutely no guts to speak. He spoke abusively to my wife and harassed us in his office. After this incident we complained against them to SSP Mohali police, (Complaint no: 4766-S-SSP Subject: Fraud) then with the help of police my money was taken from them. All this they used to torture intentionally. Not only with us, I have seen their office several times with many people and they were playing the same card with everyone. So, I appeal to all of you to beware of these dishonest thugs. Wherever you take a flat or plot, don't take it from them.

. Never fall in the trap of such liars’ lousy people and rubbish company. Beware Divine-world company, it is not recommended for all of you.

Please stay away from this group, they are fake. Using material of very very low quality, site layout plan is totally fake, nothing is like they mentioned in their layout plan. People who are living their are fully frustrated with them, please don't waste your money. Once you deposit the money you will regret throughout life for your investment.

Don't believe on their google reviews, all 5 star ratings are posted by their staff and family members.

Beside this if you wanna waste your money you are free.

They are liers, make false promise, use duplicate material like kitchen utensiles, bathroom tab all, wooden material, all walls are moisture with bad cement work

Om divine world is group of CHEATERS & LIARS!

I booked 1 bhk flat in mid of 2018 in Om Divine World at sector 115 Kharar Mohali.

They told me to pay 20% in advance and the 80% on possession(they usually tell same conditions to all the visitors which is NOT TRUE).

I was told to get the possession within one year i.e. by mid of 2019.

I paid 30% advance(instead of 20%) and booked the flat.

Just after six months the sales managers of Om Divine World started chasing me like a defaulter with no respect.

They called me repeatedly to come their office with cheque book or cash to pay 20% more.When I asked about work progress then just one sentence from them

"Sir, tension mat lo aapko flat is mahine mil jayega".

And that month never come even after years.

After several months harassment they forced me to pay upto 80% of the booked price and at that time there was just outer structure with no interiors work started yet.

In the meantime they also sent me notice(without any reason) that they didn't receive sufficient amount. I provided all the receipts many times to different managers and then they have to agree on it.

Till writing this review as of Feb 2021, (after 3 years) there is still structure with just a slab in kitchen and floor tiles in one room with iron Chaukaths.

Their Managers(Mr. Bajaj) visited my home personally to collect the payment BUT no body care to talk about the completion of flats.

their managers keep changing after 6 months or one year so make sure to keep everything in writing from them. Once the old managers will leave the new managers will treat you more ruedly.

At present they are just making excused and giving me numbers of different persons of their company to check the progress of my flat's constructions.

it's not about me, I talked with a few other flat owners and all told the same story that they had to fight personally or file legal complaint against the Om Divine World group to get the possession of their flats to save the hard earned money.

Very unprofessional & disappointed experience with Om Divine World Group. I would have easily get approxRs 60, 000.00 interest annually if deposited the same amount in Fixed Deposit instead of investing in Om Divine world 1 bhk.

I would suggest others not to buy any under constructions flats from any builder and specially from OM DIVINE WORLD GROUP.
