Diving Developer Property promoter Anu Rao who has been developing this farm land for last 12 years. I bought 5 guntha land 10 years back with the hope that property price will appreciate and I will get good return for my investment but till date I am unable to sale. Reason is, developer fail to develop the farmland in last 12 years. Swimming pool was in the same shape which I have seen 7 years back. Emu shed has vanished. Roads are in bad shape.

My property registration took 5 years and till date I couldn’t collect Khata. I stay out of India because of work purpose and unable to visit farm land. Two months back I came back to India and visited my farm land. I couldn’t find any changes road are still in bad shape. There are few cottage owners but understood that this was developed by land owners himself . Anu Rao even sold sample wooden cottage which was kept as a sample for prospective buyers. There is no water source around farm land, cannel which use to flow is now dried up. Tried meeting some owner to get the feedback, but they decline to speak fearing Anu Rao’s man. Came to know that sometimes villagers also create problems because Anu Rao has borrowed money from the villagers for the development. There was a security guard by name Raymond, one Gowda told me that he left the job because Anu Rao didn’t paid his salary.

My advice to all the prospective buyers please do your due diligence before buying farm land from Divine Developers.
