Dheeraj Realty, Mumbai

LIVSMART project at Kurla Next to Kohinoor Mall is where Dheeraj Launched the project with 10:90 scheme.

10% was paid along with Service Tax and 90% was to be paid at the time of possession.

The construction is stopped and there are no one at Dheeraj who are responding. What should I do? Any suggestions?

Does anybody have booked the flat in Dheeraj LivSmart- Kurla.

What I can see is construction is stopped from last 10 months and nothing is moving there.

They have also linked with DHFL crisis, so any update on the project status from anybody.

I had saw the work quality of there site in liv smart mumbai the quality of work and the vice president of liv smart mr rajeev gosh he was even very good the speed of construction is very good. I have also visited dheeraj insignia the view from the top of building was really great the idea of roof garden is good from this building BKC full view is visible and mumbai airport is also visible. I think it is one of the most incredible project I hope your company would get many more projects and I compete lodha and dosti builders

They are pakka fraud builder . Never ever invest your hard money in to this.

I have trapped with them. never ever the will give any proof while you booking and finally they will cheat coustomer.

who ever is sitting in booking office they dont know any thing they will always tell to check with bombay team.

if we asked them the details they will speak leagel thinks. salse man wont give any proof or any thing what they offered even mail confirmation atleast . they will make every thing leagel and we will be in trap .

Dheeraj builder is number one cheater. I had invested in their Jade residences pune. Project was delayed for more than 3 years as builder constructed 8, 9 10 floor without getting permission. I had purchased the same on higher rate considering amenities promised by builder such as swimming pool, multipurpose court,mandir, amphitheatre. Now builder is giving only small club house. It is 2yrs since got possession but the amenities work is not started. It will not start for next 2 year. Other properties in vicinity were available at half rate and got completed within timeline. Livsmart Kurla will also go on same track. Stay away with Dheeraj Bulider. Number one cheater

A fraudster in real estate. Do not invest your money. Its been 5 years still waiting for our dream home which is only going to be dream. The builder took booking although insufficient approvals. I would not recommend to invest in a project where Dheeraj is the builder. They are dishonest and do not have transparency in what they are doing to their customers.

Do not invest check out for Jade Residencies Wagholi Pune by Dheeraj Realty Creatoz Builders.

Dheeraj realty is a cheat/fraudster company ..DO NOT invest your hard money in its projects...

Project : jade residencies Pune

• Almost 2 years passed not even 5 % completion of project and they have already taken 10% of money from flat buyers and construction is stopped.

No professional ethics : arbitarily increased cost from what was promised at booking.

  Club membership was free at the time of booking now they are charging 50 K from all flat buyers.

  Podium parking was cancelled without any notification and also now they are demanding cash money(Black) for ground floor parking on first come first serve basis.

  At the time of booking they assured of all approvals are in place but the truth is two years past they dont have approv als

  Further to this projects are not approved by any nationalized bank..they would ask to home loan from DHFL at their own high interest rates..

  Forcing the buyers to sign the agreement having the clause that buyers should take NOC from builder even after formation of society which is against the law..

  It spends all its poor purchasers money in sponsoring IPL, SFl and events..
