Dhanraj Builders !!!!

Review On Dhanraj Builders, Rajkot

I want to buy a flat of the 2BHK ( Bedroom, Hall, kitchen) .I went to this builder for that on 12 July 2014 then they were take me with them and show 5 flats and Tell me the price of that than I select one of them and the price is 30 Lakhs rupees on Kalawad road rajkot.

So, I give a token of the 1 lakh to them and book 1 flat on 22 July 2014.

I booked a flat , that were given to someone else that they were paying 42 Lakh for that so, they give that flat to them while I give token to them then only they were not give my flat back and my money were get return after 6 months .

So, the builders were not good at all the service and the trust were not good at all.

They were unauthentic and untrusted at all so, rather than buying this you should prefer some other builder but don't prefer this builder at all.
