Dhanaas Property Developers, Coimbatore

Dear all, please think multiple times before entering into Dhanaas Property. Below 1 star nothing to select.

Below commitments given by Dhanaas while booking the property in the year 2010

a. Compound wall with Barbed Wire

b. Fully secured camera

c. Well maintained Park

d. Community hall

e. 24x7 Security

f. Uninterrupted water supply

g. Water harvesting system for individuals

h. Swimming pool / Shuttle court

i. Gym

j. Temple

k. Shopping mall / Bank / Food court

l. Intercom facility

For all the above I have already paid premium cost without completion. Even after 6 years nothing happened. Still we are sruglling.

Apart from this additional 2% sale tax has been collected. No receipts till date.

Maintenance means there should be a some regular / routine activities to be done periodically. Not once in a while. For they want to generate revenue and run like business instead of service.

As far I know, this is one of the best gated community. Pleasant and pollution free environment

Though everywhere some issues, when compared with other property developers, Dhannas Property Developers are doing good and improving their service year on year.

I highly recommend.
