I bought a flat for over 3 crores. Mr. Nandakumar from Devinarayan promised that it would be completed and registered within the next 3 months.

Even after 15 months now, he refuses to honor the agreement and register the property after taking 90% payment.

He has been promising to pay one of my neighbours(with who he had done a joint development with) for over 4 years, but still hasn't.

Unfortunately some times things don't go as we p...lan and they get beyond our control as well. It is easy to tarnish the reputation of a brand on the internet without paying heed to how much of blood and sweat has gone into that brand.
