They r completely fake, almost 5yrs back my husband invested 5lakhs 35 thousands on there project.. L-zone Dwarka.. But till now we didn't get any update on it, even they haven't returned our hard earned money... They made us fool, plz guys don't invest ur money in their any of projects..

God is watching u..plz return our money ????

I recently stayed at Delhi Homes - Dwarka - Delhi and it was a terrible experience. The property is located in a very remote area, nearly an hour away from the city. The place is poorly maintained and the staff are all very unprofessional.

The rooms are quite small and there is no air conditioning, which makes it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The bathrooms are also not clean and the water is not drinkable. The furniture in the rooms is also very old and not in the best condition.

When I checked in, the receptionist was very rude and unhelpful. He didn't even bother to explain the amenities or services available. The staff at the restaurant were also not very friendly or helpful and the food was terrible.

The WiFi connection was also very poor and slow. There were frequent power cuts and the backup power supply was inadequate.

The worst thing about my stay was the security. The gates and doors were not locked and there was no security personnel around. I felt very unsafe and uncomfortable during my stay.

Overall, I would not recommend Delhi Homes - Dwarka - Delhi to anyone. The place is in a very remote location, the rooms are

I have paid 3 year back 4 lakh for Delhi gate L zone project. But still not any update . He is not picking phone. And not agree for refund booking amount. Any person help me. Mo 981147xxxx

They have not returned my money, I invested. Now stopped picking up phone. When the land is not there, there is no question of any construction. Making fool....fraud company.

They are fraud reveloper .pls don't put hard earned money into their delhi gate project, L Zone.According to Delhi RERA, they are not either registered developer n also didnot get registered their delhi gate project.In open market they are selling flat unit without getting DDA n RERA Approval n also reused to refund my booking amount..pls stay away from this type of fraud co.

There are some issues which seem like they are small but it does cause us inconvenience. I was not able to use the building terrace to celebrate my birthday and had to go out because of that and because of that I had to shell out way more money than I intended! The terrace is a common area and all members have an equal right to it, so it is horrible when they do not let someone use it!

This building looks so good from outside, but the finishing of this place is very bad from inside. Cement in falling off at some places. There is a bad odor that comes from the pipelines and drainage system not being well maintained and good!
