Do not buy from this builder

Review On Definer, Bangalore

I have purchased flat in Definer kingdom and based on experience I am having I would not recommend anyone to purchase property with definer ventures. Once you buy flat from them, their attitude changes completely. There CRM team will not respond to your mails and call for issues.

Recently people already staying here got a notice from BESCOM that building has few non compliance issues and builder do not want to resolve it instead he is asking apartment owners to resolve these issues on their own money and also pay to BESCOm whatever inspection charges or fine needs to be paid.

I also personally had issue regarding Tax payment of property which was resolved after 1 year and for this entire 1 year I did not get any response from their CRM team despite of regular followup on mails and calls from my side. After many months torture when I was about to go consumer court they decided to pay that tax.

There could be many more issues with this project or other projects which this builder is working on, I do not think that it is worth investing money even if apartments are much more affordable than other projects I would recommend to take flat from reputated builder for peace of mind after purchase.

Almost everyone who has purchased flat in Definer kingdom and staying here is frustrated and regretting his/her decision of buying from this builder.
