Deeya Corporates, Mangalore

A part of divakar construction it is not located in ideal location very far from the city approximately 10 kmtrs from city. And design and construction of the building being very poor. I personally find it very bad. I saw the building during its construction and it looked pretty ordinary. No lift facilities and no swimming pool is provided which is very important. Not designed as per municipal regulations in case of emergency very hard for fire fighters to reach it and the it's very congested. There are better option. Best being land trades or land mark builders as well as briged they hire good consultants architecture and provide modern amenities.

Deeya Corporates is one of the decent builders in Mangalore city. They built so many small apartments, as well as houses and some shopping complex in Mangalore. I have seen so many apartments in Mangalore as its in kadri which is near to my hometown. The main speciality of the apartments is they never delay the building which they have started.

They build buildings so quick as when 1 year we see new building. They give all facilities like water facility, power supply, etc. Even I liked there some of the complex which is helpful for developing of small towns. But one thing which I noted that is there finishing is little as at last moment do some of the works and painting here and there. Other than that everything is perfect what work they do. Workers are very good and works really well. Overall good builders.
