DB reality- orchid ozone projects delayed by 6 yrs

We have booked a flat in db orchid ozone building meera road near western express highway 5 years back. We have yet not received flat possession. The project was supposed to be completed in 2013. It was delayed due to various issues and builder never stood by his promise. Now the new dates released are 2019 for the completion of whole project. Initially the project had buildings planned for 19 floors; then due to multiple parking bookings they changed the plan to basement plus two floor parking. That is poor management and customer service. To add to it another issue is raised that their 2 building permission got cancelled so in few towers they are planning to increase two floors. To add to fire now the office staff is rude and arrogant to the customers who visit the site and on phone they never answer the progress of work. As a whole, to sum things up- In a city like Mumbai you cannot fool people and loot their money twice so people a humble request don't fall prey to this builder's trap. Don't dare to invest in a builder who doesn't stand by his words.
