The company darshan has been taking money from many people in the working of land . There are harassing many people they have trapped to the extended you can do not imagine.

Really you can't believe he cheat people specially their owner. I have a bad experience my big brother. He decided buy a place and make 3BH flat in Bhubaneswar and my brother contact for darshan builder. First he said you can deposit 30% rupees before start working this house and next some days after he said first you have clear all payment then I will give to order to my workers for working this house. Next day my brother went to this place, and he seeing no any worker work this place. But my brother has no any options and next some days my brother completely payed payment and then he started to work for made this house. So I hate this builder for this reason. So you can be very careful for any builders. First make an agagreement paper and then started your work.

The MD of this company is the producer of " MOTE BAHU KARI NEI JAA" . He siphoned all the booking amounts from the coustomer and invested in the film. This man is a big time fraud. Just open up and see how builders are making shameful activities in Bhubaneswar.

The company Darshan has been taking money from many people in the name of Land registration and Appartment and cheating them by not providing either their land/house or returning their money back.... They are harassing the people they have trapped to the extend no one can imagine ......

Real cheat people specially their owners/MD etc ........ Dont ever fall in trap of these devils else you will also cry the way others are crying desperately on their hard earned money ....... State administration/Police should take strong action on them so that all those cheating innocent people cant even dare to do so ever ....

Now Darshan MD is showing politeness by using very soft spoken language to its customer.But customers do not get misled by him.Fight with tooth and nail to drag him out as he has not got any right to play with the customers.

So join hands together, Let's see how he will not going to resolve the issue.Let us make sure it does not happen to any other customer.we have to make one combine effort and attack (not violence) with what ever legal documents we have.First give him ultimatum, if he is not resolving then we have plenty of options to make it possible.

Do not dishearten, Let's teach him a lesson.

This is a place which sells you dreams to have a good house...Fake promises, unarchived targets and no legal papers to strengthen your confidence. They are selling a project " Maa uttarayani complex" near Bhubaneswar. This project has not got any sort of clearance and approvals.

For more info please go to BDA and cross check. Darshan builder will take 25% of the total amount initially and they will sit on it. They have entered into other departments now, Darshan music and finance sector. They have used these 25% money into it. If you ask for return, they will simply hide and ur hard earned money will be fired.
