Invewsted in DSK's Secured Redeemable NCD's listed on BSE in Sep 2014. However, Company facing financial problems resulting from managements irregularities as highlighted by media reports( & RTI activist Vijay Kumbhars investigation) & neither possession of the new houses nor repayment of investors money against deposits / Debentures is happening.

Invested in NCD's vide Folio 003736 but compay has failed to repay the invested amount on maturity & even Interest from Aprilo 2017 is unpaid. No response from their team.

So property buyers / investors - stay away from DSK . Those unfortunate souls ik eme who have already invested, need to follow up with enforcing authorities to get our money back ASAP .

I have registered and paid the initial amount for DSK Anandghan project, as per the agreement the amount will start getting deducted after the possession, the possession is delayed on top of that the EMI amount is getting deducted by bank.

When complaint to DSK builder people they are not receiving the call,

On receiving the call after 7- 8 times calling, some stupid suggestions are given to me.

1. Please change your salary account to avoid unwanted deduction as our process to return the amount takes time.

2.It will take some time to get the amount transferred.

3.As we are paying the bank the amount together for other customers too it takes time.

I have sent them more then 4-6 emails with transaction details still its been 3+ months and I have not received any amount back.

The number I call from is block, as every time I try to call the number is either engaged or busy or not responding. But from another number it is picked with some stupid caller tune.

If this is how a builder is dealing with it's customer strict action needs to be taken. This doesn't prove him as a reputed builder.

It has good schools and good connectivity to all locations.

Ds kulkarne is a very good movee that realeae in year 2016 .I was not anable to see the full movee but my friends see the full movee and they like this movee and tell me this is a very good and nice movee and am see the only movee trailar but I think this is really a nice movee and I have wishe that kind of movee must be realsed and that kind of movee people like and happy to see this.i love this

During my MBA in Pune, I was looking for a house near to my college so that I can easily go to my college daily and enjoy some nice neighborhood also. My search ended at DSK raanwara which was offered to us by one of the broker of local kothrud area.

We went to see the flat and was amazed to see that as the whole building has nice open evening view. Flats are nice and spacious with 02 elevators in each building. We soon found some nice neighbors and started enjoying our evening at this property of DSK. The scheme also has Swimming pool, tennis court and basket ball court(though we never used it) and library. It has temple and separate sitting area for old age people.

The society is very nice and the builder is also very nice. We once complained for pot holes on the road which was immediately taken care off. I had to leave the place(though did not want) as I had got a job in Viman Nagar.

Overall its a nice property.

Meghmalhar, DSK Developers’ project within the township DSK Vishwa offers 1, 2 BHK apartments and 3 BHK row houses. I have recently bought a home there, a 2 BHK apartment and am quite satisfied with the quality and timely possession.

And being a township all essential facilities are just a walk away. But the downside is the location...very crowded roads and also very polluted. But guess one has to sacrifice somewhere. I feel a great township and amenities makes up for the location.
