Really felt very good as I visited the project. Clubhouse, people living in the community, and the landscaping were really amazing. yes, there might be delays but after all that the home you live in with the good community, connectivity, and neighborhood matters a lot.

The most unprofessional people u can ever come across. As long as they have to collect the payments they are very prompt and when the handover part comes in there is no communication or transperancy which mind u it's upto u to followup as they thake no initiative in doing so. The management does things as they please and the CRMs are just their messengers whith no power to do anything. Inspite of this if u r willing to deal with this builder please be extra cautious on the payments and taxes and cross check them at every point including what they wride in the receipts. We are facing trouble now because of their internal goof up in paying the taxes. While we were prompt in all the payment installments and taxes. If anyone from this builder's side wants to dispute this review I am ready to respond to them on any platform with documented proof.

A very good project at a very good location. If done well, it will be one of the best communities in this locality.

Project is delayed for nearly a year owing to pandemic. Cybercity has to Improve their reputation as a trusted builder.

Poor quality construction electrical and plumbing worst society to. Live in with low. Class amenities yet they charge 2.50 per sft... It's just not worth the investment

The property is at good location while the MC member are politically appointment by builder. There is no focus on development. The maintenance charges are high and I dont think even half of the money is spent. The quality of material is very poor. The service is pathetic.

Came across this project after much research and visiting projects like One City, Kalpataru and few other smaller ones. The best highlight of this project is the easy connectivity to HITEC City, Madhapur, Kondapur etc. on one side and to Ameerpet, Balanagar and Kukatpally on the other side. There are 5 metro station within 2-3 KMs of the project. I bought at a price of 4750 few months back and when I checked now the prices are around 5500-5600. Very happy with the appreciation. Construction also going on at a steady pace. Hope it completes as per schedule.

The constructing work at this property is not done well and in some time you have to take out time to solve all these problems because of the negligence of the builders and you will not be able to do anything about it, which is sure to irritate you!

Since the builders have exhausted money that was deposited as a part of the corpus fund from the buyers in the name of pre-maintenance charges, it has been a common case that the builders have stopped looking after the maintenance and owners are now terrified of the water supply been cut.

There are a many construction projects that fail to properly deploy good quality work force in place and that has greatly resulted in Poor quality workmanship indirectly leading to long list of defects

Very poor management booked in 2012 till work is pending and no possession yet . When we ask for compensation they are careless and response is very poor and not ready to compensate for 4 years delay, stay away to have peace. It is better to go with any other except rainbow vistas

Good things - The specifications and quality of what is promised is given.

Bad Things - Poorly executed construction, bad Customer relationship, awful handing over of apartment.

I am owner of Flat booked in 2013 handed over in 2018. Still the block is not in livable condition. Central amenities are not functional yet, the basement car parking is not allotted, club house is not completed, dogs roam in the basement, water seepage in the basement during rains.

Our block has formed a group and we are pushing him to complete the project but very poor progress, so we do protest march on weekends in the block wearing black t shirts.

Residents living in Rainbow Vistas @ Rock Garden has been waiting for more than 3 years for the promised amenities(club house, swimming pool, Sports complex.) but till now nothing is provided and they have started new project Marina Skies without properly completing existing one. even new blocks in Rainbow is not handed over and people are claiming money for delay.

Even the completed flats, where people are living having seepage issues which they are not handling properly.

Stay clear from these guys.

I am resident of phase1 and seen many issues from day1. Builder was never shown interest to resolve the issues. It was a good part that our society has many active people and worked with builder, chased him and got few things done finally.

Major with phase1-

1. 
   Sewerage treatment plant was faulty, was repaired in a year after handover

   water softer not working properly from day1

   Seepage issues in many flats. rooms flooded with water and people lost interior done.

   Never come forward to resolve the issues rather socity has to chase and invite him to update on the issues and status

the height is builder encroached land from phase1 for phase2 can you imagine. so, less ethics and can goto any extent.

one thing is sure you would have a flat in hand, you may face same issues stated abocve.

I have purchased a flat in latest project from Cybercity. Overall customer service is very poor and builder has very inexperienced team to handle customers. Overall construction quality is okay. In case you have a complain in your flat or overall project then you got to run behind builder and overall management. All of the people have their main job to do.. instead people had to leave their job and run behind everyone in project to get their work done. This is really a pathetic situation to deal with. I feel Aparna builder has a lot good reputation and people should go to their project. People who want to invest further into the Cybercity project, please talk to existing customers for review.
