Service is not proper way

My many friends booked a flat through custom builders. Before three years back. but when they take  position of his flat they feel regret because very bad quality of every thing in his flat. At  the time booking they promises many things but after that they giving them very bad service.

Something is out of order in his flat plumber issue is always. In his flat there is not proper work. Toilet seat is very bad quality. The outer  area  can it anytime fall it.  When they say anything about this issue. They do not do anything. They said him now you purchase the flat if issue is anything  that is your responsibility.
