Promoter Giriraj Daga is a cheat. Never complete project on time and collect 100% payment before even completing Project. Ask the flat buyers of Coral Arihant Heights, Jagatpura, Jaipur. Builder even charged flat buyers for car parking but failed to allot the same. He has not even provided power backup system. He has even constructed 12 Pent Houses which have been declared illegal by Jaipur Development Authority, Hence Be Careful. Recently he was arrested by Jaipur Police and was behing bar for more thanb one month. A land grabber.

They have made the flat using such bad quality ingredients that we have to spend a lot of time behind repairs and wear and tears of the flat! We brought a new flat so that we could stay in comfort, but it does not look like we can!
