I have been staying this apartment for 6 months. The apartments are well maintained and they provide car parking facilities, water supply, internet connection , cable tv, repair men, electricity and a small park for children. If there any complaints we can inform them through internet and they will solve the problem very immediatly. My apartment is not facing the road, so my room is with very calm and quite.
