Defects in Confident Atik

Review On Confident Group, Bangalore

The Confident Group has handed over the flat to us saying the defects and pending works will be rectified / completed. The complaints were given in the taking over letter. Even after 10 months and giving written complaints NO support is received from Confident Group Atik Team and their Corporate Office.

The Confident Group has given in writing to repair the defects and every time extension of time is requested for last 10 months.

The families in Atik nearly escaped an accident of falling of ATIK Name Board from the top of apartment complex due to poor fitment.

The lifts in this Atik are of poor quality. The buildings are having severe cracks, water absorption of tiles in toilets, ceiling leakages etc.

The Confident Group has not repaired things, even after 10 months.
