Product Implementation Rate:

I purchased an apartment from Confident group in the month of Oct 2012 in Trivandrum. I was recommended by my relative, Confident Althena Rose. even though there was a delay I got a very good flat at the end of the day. The customer service was very good compared to others in the same field.

The sales and home care dept. was very helpful and guided me in the right way with respect to my payments, bank loan procedures......

Comments on Confident Group - Bangalore Review

Customer service has been taught to deny support for any request that you are giving.
Standard answers: For support request: Lot of people have raised this support request and you are last in queue. On complaints: no one has raised this complain...t so far!
Althena Rose flats were supposed to be handed over by end of Dec 12 and they held a function as well! But the completion work is still ongoing, five months after the supposed hand over date.

These Kerala builders are lucky as many of the buyers are NRIs and don't raise enough ruckus as they are far away from the project and the ground reality.
