I have always had innumerable questions in my mind when it came to investing property in India. I was not sure how my NRI status would impact the procedure. I knew that the options are many but I was seeking an apartment outside the city yet assuring easy accessibility in the near future. My parents stay at Hoskote and I have marvelled at how the sleepy suburb has transformed into a bustling hub. And the rise in the number of educational institutes in the stretch has also added to its appeal. I came across the Confident Centaurus project near Hoskote and was curious to know more. I wrote an email discussing my concerns, especially the quoted area of the flat, quality of construction, cost components for an NRI, and reputation of the Confident Group. Surprisingly, I received a very cordial email with answers to all my questions. The representative who had addressed my concerns over email also spoke about market trends about prevalent rates and highlighted the fact that this property was very close to my parents place in Hoskote as well. I was thrilled and could not wait to make a trip to the apartment complex on my next visit. Eventually I did visit and bought an apartment here as well, a 3BHK of 1350 sq. ft in the very first block. While I have plans to move back with my family in the near future, for now, I have rented out this apartment. Apart from all the amenities, which are a part of the apartment, I’m glad that there is an international standard resort which is coming up.This is ideal for me as I have a number of business delegate visits over the year and this would be an ideal place for me to house the delegates. What I like about the group is that they keep me connected the property even though I am away by sending me mailers on the progress of the project. Owning a home in India is a fond dream in the mind of almost every Indian abroad. It’s the lack of first-hand knowledge about the property that puts most off the idea, which is why you need a reliable partner, one is trusted in the industry. It would be too much to ask for my aged parents to scout for a good apartment. It’s hard to expect commitment from friends or other family members as well. However, I can happily say that I found a friend and guide in the Confident Group. They have helped choose the home of my choice and it was so convenient that I don’t mind investing in Confident properties if I get a chance once again. Right from the documents required to ensuring that the house was handed over to my parents in finished condition – the group has really made home buying a breeze for me. I am glad that I can offer my family most things they have enjoyed for years and were scared of losing when they return to India, natural lighting, the flow of fresh air and the best view of the town. Together with access to major commercial hubs, this is the dream home for all of us.
