Till one buys the flat nothing is known. Once you take possession, the true colors are out but it would be too late becoz by that time one would have paid all dues and advance Maintenance charges without single amenity.


Life threatening elevators without backups. Poor garbage management. Inadequate car parking (no provision for big cars) STP water mixing with normal water. Irresponsible response from Confident Staff. Bathroom tiles are leaking.


Senior management not accessible.


Please talk to residents before booking any property.
