I am very disappointed with Confident Group. They promised initially during booking of a pre-launch of Exotica that if we dont like the money will be refunded within 10 days.


When I checked for cancellation in the office, they informed that all I need to do is send a mail to goodliving@confident-group.com. I have sent mail on 25th Sept 2013 with 5 follow up emails but no reply. I would suggest to rethink before investing with Confident Group.

Going through the same ordeal.. Regretting on my mistake to give them my money..

Its pathetic condition to me that they are not refunding the money even if the cancellation of my plot happened from their end. Its been 40 days and no sign of refund. I regret that I paid the money to them and now they are not making any refund . Be...careful in dealing with confident.  Read More
