Confident Lilian BDA plots - No amenities provided

Hi,

We have bought a plot as its one of the big groups in Bangalore.

Its been a over a year from the date they should have provided said amenities(Power, Water, pool etc). But despite all efforts from association members they have been dragging their feet.

Note that the documentation of the plot was ok and no issues there. Also bank loans was easy to get.

They have informed several target dates but haven't completed works yet.

Think twice before you buy.
