I had booked a flat in Confident Pheonix recently.

I always wanted to go for most trusted bank of India - SBI for my first house.  Confident group has tie up with SBI and I was being given a person.

I submitted all the required documents and the application went for processing.

State bank takes atleast 21 days of processing time. There was a bit of pressure finance team to get it processed a bit faster. Later I explained them the situation and it seems they understand it reluctantly.

I would like to suggest the confident group to adjust the processing time according to nationalized and private banks. While doing a huge investment like home customers tend to be bit more conservative. It will be really beneficial for the customers and also will infuse greater faith.

I hope this will duly noted and customers will be getting a small amount of cushioning on processing time as it is out of hand of customers.

Good thing to add here is I like the way confident group is organized. They have a separate team for  every phase. I like the way they are organized.
