I'm having horrible time dealing with Confident Group. I was interested in buying a plot in Confident Aries project, but was hesitant in making the payment as the project still did not have BMRDA approval. They falsely claimed that project just got BMRDA approval and documents will be available in a day or two, just to get my payment. As soon as I made the payment, they stopped picking my calls and responding to emails.


I later called them as a new buyer and got a confirmation that project still did not receive BMRDA approval. I'm stuck now with no response from them, and project not going anywhere without approvals. Even their escalation contacts don't pick the phone and don't respond to emails. Please stay away from these crooks.

I am Babu C J, promotor of Confident Aries. My sincere apologies to you for the sales team's failure to respond to your numerous calls. Let me give you a true picture about this project. At the end of April, after investing Crores o...f Rupees on purchasing land and getting change of land use for residential purpose, this project was supposed to receive the BMRDA approval in April. However due to the sudden announcement of Code of Conduct for the assembly elections 2013, no approvals could take place till the elections were completed. New government came into place and all authority Chairmans were removed. Unfortunately, this was followed by the MP By election Code of Conduct being announced. The first meeting of BMRDA was held on 21st Sept 2013 after a long gap of 5 months and in this meeting the project - Confident Aries was finally approved. Thanks a lot Babu C Joseph for your response. Could you please provide me the BMRDA approval number as the marketing staff is really not cooperating with me?

I also wonder:
1. Why they would not provide me the BMRDA approval number even...after about 2 weeks of BMRDA approval?
2. When I called as a new customer on Oct 05, why would they say that BMRDA approval is expected in a day or two?

The marketing person (Dhilip Kumar G, Mobile# 9591992436) made tall promises before booking that they will be always with me until registration since I am an NRI and my dad will be visiting Bangalore from UP for site registration. I am really hesitant to proceed now with the kind of response (or lack of it) I'm receiving.

May I request your kind help with this regard?
