No planning while designing homes, After construction if there is space left they will give to a few people, Else temporary arrangements, Don't take any action on complaints raised by residents.

I recently cancelled it due to litigation issues and not getting BDA approval ontime, It has been more than 3 months .

since we got any refund.

So Be careful before buying a house from them. they are not honest to job.
