Please dont buy or transact with this builder - colorhomes, you will loose your peace of mind, delay in delivery, raising prices before delivery, no response, rude employees etc etc., are some of the experiences that you will have to go through.

Look at the quality of the work. Even a normal hut would be better in quality. The owner doesn't show up . They bring in fake people as officials for meetings.

I have bought new homes with 3 year s of construction period.

Let me explain you where and I got mental torture from color homes

Intiallay they will speak nicely in sales office

Then once you paid money ....they will not recognizing customer as customer...

We need to bargain them for each stage to start upon work ....

There is no quality site engineers if we called for rework during the construction no proper response from them .

Another point here bank has stopped loan offer to customer end for partail time due to color homes doesn't not submit NOC for one of their project ....

Even after handover completion they didint complete many pending works

No proper plan and no proper Reputation and mis behaving technicans ...no quality engineers.....

Big hole in COLORHOMES is that No proper responsiblity from once after customer paid amount to them......

Right now I'm staying insides coorhome with strangle life ...best example is that no street lights ....no safety insides...no peaceful life .....

VERY WORST SERVICE PROVIDER COLOR HOME IN TODAY MARKETING..

Hi everyone,

Looking forward to purchase a flat from Color Homes? Please reconsider your decision twice or thrice. The builder Color Homes will not fulfill their promises. Do you ask for proof?

Well, I'm the proof.

I purchased a flat from the Color Avenue gated community, Perumbakkam, from the so called reputed builder Color Homes as claimed in their advertisement and websites.

Through housing loan, I purchased a flat in 2016. One of the assured amenities was lift(elevator), a sum was collected for it too.

It is 2020 now, these guys have not provided us lifts. There is no proper response from them too. Once the project is handed over, they will treat us like dust. I have spent RS 3, 000 to fix the seepages in my bedroom's toilet, this stands for the poor construction quality that too within three years of handing over the flat.

So please rethink if you are trying buy a property from Color Homes. I feel cheated.

Ramesh has perfected the art of duping innocent buyers, not paying vendors and shamelessly ungrateful to financiers.

He has forged my NOC to sell the property to an innocent buyer.

Shame on him who was doing a revenue of 300 Crs and now has to resort to illegal and fraudulent acts .

He is yet to complete villas adyar taking a hefty advance amount.

Minitown is his second company with which he will dupe buyers, once color homes goes bankrupt.

Shame on him and shame on Kannan , his man Friday.

I read the negative reviews about colorhomes.No comments on that; I also faced some issues like time delay; I bought a villa in Poonamallee Farms - Booked 14 months before, Now only its getting completed .

In mean Time, I personally visited the site several Times. I found that they are taking much care in building quality.They use only branded materials as per the agreement.

The field staffs are little non co-operative in answering queries, But I found that they are following some systematic procedures even if the customer is not in the site .In front of my own experience, They built more than 150 villas in Poonamallee Farms within a span of 2 years.

Not so good, Not so bad, But I realized that colorhome is a better option for me.

Please dont buy from colorhomes. They will push you to a position that you will never forget their name each and every single day. If you don't understand meaning of repenting or regretting from English dictionary, better buy a flat in color homes. 100% satisfaction guaranteed in making you understand what regret means. They give you the world's best practical example for the same.

I decided to purchase a flat in a project of Colorhomes in 2014 and got it in 2016. Color started to fade away during and after cyclone'Vardha' from my flat and almost every flat had crack & seepage issues. We reported the issues and with a lot of follow-up colorcastle did something to keep our mouth shut. During the recent rains, all the issues we faced surfaced up again including the fungus formation in all the bedrooms/doors of my flat. Since the maintenance period is over, it becomes difficult to get things from ColorHomes.

One major issue is that they are not ready to talk & settle the corpus fund to our association. Very worst builder.

I dont want to mention the apartment name for now.But I bought with these people i.e Colorhomes. I can say these guys are literally cheaters. In my life I never thought that I would become one of the victims.

In a very simple words I tell you how horrible the builders quality .

One of the tenants, while sending a request mail to the builder on construction issues mentioned like this - am just copy pasting the exact sentence from the mail here.i cant put whole mail here.you can imagine this builder's quality and anything on this builder.

"We have been facing issues like cracks and water seapages from the day we entered the flat. Those were fixed temporarily and we are facing the same problem again. Day by day the issues are getting more and worser.

This rain has caused water dripping from the ceiling in more than 20 spots which makes us feel as if we are living in a hut."

When it comes to my house in the same apartment, yes I too had lot of issues and they never got fixed and I got vexed and left. the mental torture that I faced with these guys cannot be explained here in small review for sure.I am not sure what the owner of color homes gains by making Customers suffered like this. For a middle class person, a good home is a dream and these guys just shattered the dream of us and happyily enjoying.Never ever chose these guys.these guys are not even worth for 1star.when the home given is a hut, how do u give a star atleast.

I was looking to buy home from COLORHOMEs and I was checking reviews about in Internet. But I didn't get any positive reviews, I didn't believe about this reviews initially but I met two of my colleagues who bought house from COLORHOME AVENUE. What they told is their experience is horrible. Why this kind of builder are still alive. What they told was heartbroken. Everyone is dreaming about their future and after struggling for dream house with lot of loans finally we are landing in this kind of worst builder. Why you guys are silent. They are eating your money and spoiled your dreams. Take necessary action on them. I will advise new home buyers that after reading this comments please don't buy other wise your home dream will be spoiled. I heard lot about is delayed in delivering home not in months it is in years . Very very low quality meterial including lift. Worst plan and construction.

Whatever Blue COUNTY or sunrise garden OR ANY

I DECIDED not even think to Buy FROM COLORHOMES.

I am working in Siruseri SIPCOT. Till last week I was confused of investing in Kalpakkam BLUE COUNTY or Gerugambakkam SUNRISE GARDEN.

One of my colluege had HOUSE WARMING yesterday in Color Homes project near our office Padur.

They dont have common aminities even the Lift even after many occupancy. I could not even take my aged parents to the top floor.

When I asked my friend(buyer), he said even to get the home they were troubled much and they are just adjusting without Lifts.

Also many quality issues and also huge delays in Color homes delivery

But Even to start basic works, management made him to sign NOC to get money released from him and fake their escrow account provider.

I also see few positive reviews but that also confirmed as Fake. Shameful.

My advice is to complete pending projects before trying to sell me. Waiting to blast the sales guy.

Totally frustrated with Color Homes. Bought the padur berry flats about 1.5 years back. still not yet over. The CH team always gives false and fake promises. They will be back of the customer for booking and registration. After that they damn care about customers. That’s it once registered, the customers are locked. They would keep on continuously say that project will complete near soon, which would be a never ending story. Even after 1.5 hrs, just few flats have been handedover after very hard struggles of individual flat owners. Had to continuously followup with them on phone calls and visit the site. even then can see just 5% of visible progress from their side. by the time the flat is completed, the customer would be totally exhausted. The quality of work is also not to the mark.none of the common amenities are started yet. Lift is been installed in on the block from June which is neither completed nor operational. Customer can never meet their higher officials. they never come in to picture at any escalations. Without completing flat they would threaten customers to do full payment and get No due certificate. With no other option left, customer had to pay the amount and had to sign the NOC. they set rules and handle each customer differently. They have set of few common excuses to say to customer since last November: vardah cyclone, demonetization, sand rate increase. But real reason would be they would have kept pay balance to their workers and very less workers would be in site. Moreover the supervisors and the Color homes contacts for a project would be kept on changing every month. Customer would never know whom to contact. Even after few flat owners shifted, they are continuously face issues like water leaking, electric shocks on the wall etc., which would be rarely heard by Colors team and addressed. I would highly not recommend any to Color homes builders in future to fall in a pit. They never value customer and address their needs. All promises given by them will be floating in air once, payment is done. Never ever book with Color homes!:-(

Delayed delivery of apartment after months of continuous follow ups. Even after handover many items are pending inside the house like bathroom fittings, broken window glass, etc. 80% of common utility works still not completed. Rain water stagnates in drive way. Looks like they dont want to continue in this business. They are trying to manage with only one staff on the site. Very bad experience. For EB name transfer I have been following up with them for more than 133 days(as of today) and still no progress. I doubt whether they have enough people to run the business. It looks like a petty shop just run by 1 or 2 people. I really pity them.

My parents booked flat in color homes. No quality, promptly asking for payments, delay in possession. They have used all low quality products in market and the mainly labour

Construction is not that good and it is not satisfactory. Don't buy flats from color homes, there are better constructions. Visit any completed projects(perumbakkam)

Handover will NOT took place on time. asking to get NOC(pay full payment) to start the interior work.

I bought a flat in color homes.

Please find the feedback and  Let me list down what I faced.

Quality

Tiles - no quality fixing, please do some test  will have noise, tiles laid are not even and perfect Sanitary fittings - Agreement has Parry ware or equivalent. They never go for parry ware. It should be the equivalent that is local brands Lift - Agreement will have J&J but it will be like sanitary fittings they were fixed local vendors not branded or quality one Stilt+ 2 Floors- No approval from CMDA, actually they will not go for it. So they don’t follow any procedures and deviation from the plans

Commitments

Never complete on time, add more than a year with their commitment date for home alone. Amenities will another 1 more year. They complete altogether by 3.5 yrs No Professional Workers Rework in tiles, electrical and plumbing Electrical fitting and your home appliances will not work after few days

Customer support

Assigned person will not pick up the phone

Alterations

Loft and Wardrobes are extra cost

Grills are very less weight, used for a sake

Possession

You will face lot of consequences once you took possession

Labour will disconnect the EB lines, because color homes didn’t make their payment

If you want to fix something, their response will be no material

Finally in their website mentioned as handover in 18 months. That never happen, if you ask the same, they ask see the agreement it has 18 months+ 3 months grace period. So we will take 21 months. I took possession  2017 Jun, they launched the project in 2015 Jun. Even though other than EB and water nothing was ready.

Lift are not installed. So that area still open, what about the kids safety.

Transformer are open, no proper fencing.

EB lines are open.

NO AMENITIES are provided on Possession.

Visit any completed projects(perumbakkam) and ask the feedback from the owners who stay there

So better avoid this kind of builders.

I bought a flat with color homes in mid 2016. Hand over was Dec 2016 as per the agreement. Till registration all went good. After getting 90% of the money, they started showing their real face.

Below are the list of reasons that they told us(House Owners) whenever we try to meet the customer relationship manager, site engineer etc.

   Demonetization - Nov 2016 [Delivery Postponed to Jan 2017]

   Vardha Cyclone - Dec 2016 to Feb 2016 [Delivery Postponed to March 2017]
   



3. 
   Electricity Problem with TNEB - March 2016 [Delivery Postponed to April 2017]
   



4. 
   Sand Problem - April 2016 [Delivery Postponed to May 2017]
   

One summer day we went to color homes office in Anna Nagar to meet CEO. He was not available but he spoke to us via Phone and promised to hand over priority list in another 15 days and gradually deliver all the 96 flats. Customers received mail that they can occupy flats by June 1st week . Now they start with below reason:

1. Paints and other materials not available today [June 08]. Not even a single flat ready with living condition.

So far we were unable to meet CEO. You can check with Color Castle, Color Berry owners as well.

I ve booked an apartment in color berry, padur.

They are just creating the base building and getting 80 to 90% of money from the buyers and moving to the other projects. Even if the construction delay happens due to demonetThe excuses which they give are unacceptable and so much false commitment. Month beginning they ll say month end will deliver, month end they ll say next month. same update they ll give.

I bought a flat in color castle and I feel bad about it. Let me list down what I faced.

1. 
   Initially when my family went to look the flats they said a new road will be constructed which will make the distance short to reach the main road. After construction, sorry its not possible.
   



2. 
   They said they will repay the loan processing fee if yu take home loan through their reference, its been almost 2 years and still I am fighting to get that 11, 500 rs .
   



3. 
   They will send mail for payment even though the planned construction is not be completed, you have to reach the construction site to know the fact and come back frustrated.
   



4. 
   Construction will be delayed and they will not let you know that unless you come behind them and monitor it .I am yet to get my house which was planned to be completed on september 2015 .

   construction is not that good and it is not going to be satisfactory.
   



6. 
   they will respond to your mails only if you speak so frustrated otherwise they will just ignore you .
   

Dont buy flats from color homes, there are better constructions.
