Color homes is not the one if you need happiness

I bought a flat in color castle and I feel bad about it. Let me list down what I faced.

1. Initially when my family went to look the flats they said a new road will be constructed which will make the distance short to reach the main road. After construction, sorry its not possible.

   
   




2. They said they will repay the loan processing fee if yu take home loan through their reference, its been almost 2 years and still I am fighting to get that 11, 500 rs .

   
   




3. They will send mail for payment even though the planned construction is not be completed, you have to reach the construction site to know the fact and come back frustrated.

   
   




4. Construction will be delayed and they will not let you know that unless you come behind them and monitor it .I am yet to get my house which was planned to be completed on september 2015 .

   
   




5. construction is not that good and it is not going to be satisfactory.

   
   




6. they will respond to your mails only if you speak so frustrated otherwise they will just ignore you .

   
   

Dont buy flats from color homes, there are better constructions.
