They may be good at providing the budget homes and in timely manner.


But the worst experience came when I was in desperate need of an original document which was with Builder.


For 2 weeks, the calls were answered and eventually I was told that the MD is in Kerela and I need to wait for 1 more month.


They were even not at all supportive to issue an NOC on company letter head.


The MD was active on Whatsapp and his mobile number was busy. But he would not respond to any of the Whatsapp messages or calls.


The employee "Kishore" would always keep on making excuses. Employee like him brings a bad name to whole company.

The builder has not done justice to what has been told in marketing. it's two years they completed the project. Only one borewell is functional.
