Avoid Civitech. These people cannot be trusted. This is a shady business. Builder will go to jail once he runs out his luck. He fully deserves it due to his deeds. We curse him every day.

They show you attractive brouchers, but when it comes to showing the approvals and licenses; they make some excuses and postpone it; which is why I do not like this place at all.

They keep postponing showing us the licenses and the approvals that we need to see as buyers of this property. After a certain time, I stopped asking them for the same and decided not to invest in this property.

Inferior drywall

Instead of using a quality type of plaster to cover the walls, there are many residential plots and under construction projects that are covered all over with inferior drywall and that is one of the most common manufacturer problems.
