Chathurasra Builders - low quality villas at TVM

Review On Chathurasra Builders, Thiruvananthapuram

I have purchased a villa in jagathy, trivandrum, constructed by a new builder in trivandrum. the company(owner) was well behaved till he receives 100% payment and they turned to behave in a different way.

Here I would like to explain that the material used for construction was poor quality and workmanship too very bad. Windows and doors are started decaying by insect attack. several cracks appeared on exterior and interior walls and I took lots of time to fix it.

Never believe my kids room RCC roof started leaking during heavy rain with in one year period. I complained many times and sent legal notice but id did not get repaired by them.One more thing is they have not yet provided common facilities what they promised during the initial stage.I never recommend/support these kind of builders. I learned a lesson that think before buying and never be cheated by others.
