While buildings and layout of projects are above par, they somehow lack the ability to keep their surroundings clean like Prestige or Sobha does.

Armadale had drain water overflowing inside recently which caused flooding and made many residents exit, Oakville has garbage all over on either sides of the road, and Rakuen has sewage flowing from a damaged manhole quite often with pushcarts assembled in front of their gate until late midnight with noisy crowds.

Moreover, high tension is always created by this particular builder towards usually poor agricultural land owners with apparently one project in court now.

With any builder, always insist on seeing the JDA papers first to compare before any deposit or purchase is made.

We Are The Owners Of Chaithanya Armadale. Our Club House has been closed since 3 years by the land owners due to some tension between them and the builders .

We had talk numerous times with the chaithanya builders and they just don’t care and won’t do anything for us .

Very bad experience with chaithanya builders .
