Starting from the Marketing team, So-called big ppl like Harish, Santosh, Roopesh all are fraud and will give you false commitment. Then coming to CRM team starting from Vinay Kulkarni he is a joker and doesn't how to interact with customer his boss Veeresh is a dumb person and his boss Triveni is really waste of waste they will always provide wrong information and commitment, I did an agreement for one of the flats and latter felt something is fishy with these ppl then I and my family decided to withdraw the agreement after agreeing their cancellation norms which says they will be refunded the amount within 90 days these stupid ppl took 180 days to return my money that too they paid with two checks with 30 days interval each.

Fraud Builders, they say there worth of big projects, but they really don't have money to repay their customers.

This is a real experience don't ever reach this ppl to either enquiring anything waste of time and money.

A property like Century Infiniti is a blessing. Sarjapur is really progressing and gaining momentum. I along with my wife were thinking since long time to move in to property that gives us luxury and good amenities. We are happy that we got a place to our liking. I am impressed and Century infiniti has helped to find our dream job.

When I was looking for apartments my agent suggested to check the website of Century Real Estate. On doing so I came across some amazing properties that century had built. I like the locaation and the amenities. One of their projects called century ethos is close to my office and near to my kid's school. It even fits in my budget. They have so many good amenities that would keep my children's busy and happy. Keeping all this in mind I booked an apartment at ethos.

Century Real Estate deals in residential in Bangalore. Presently they are constructing residential appartment in Jakkur road known as Century Breeze. It is a very good project with 2/2.5 & 3 bhk flats which are very spacious.

The quality of construction is also at par.

All their projects are approved by RERA and by banks.

They provide good customer service and a very cordial approach.

Century Holding pvt ltd. is one of the trustworthy group of builders in Bangalore. Their buildings are at locations which are in vicinity of proper roads and daily amenities. Their construction work is also solid and safe. Looking at their project like Century Infiniti in Sarjapur Road, they are just a classic example of luxurious infrastructure. If you are looking for a new house, this group wil provide you with a HOME and not just with a house.

I have always and would always recommend for anyone to buy a home in the projects where Century Real Estate Group is involved.

The developers have been facing a hard time not been able to get easily funded since the total sales was not so good in the festive times. The only category that was able to witness massive growth was the completed properties section and that has led to all the difference.

The builders have not been able to actively invest in the forecasting to make the best use of land and that has been basically the cause since the land is abided by many legal constraints which are a tad difficult to resolve in the higher court.

Since most of the property sizes have been reduced as compared to the past couple of years, it has been seen that more number of houses have been built and that has led to possibility of building many houses which is more like stuffing many and that has caused to be seen as apartment stuffing.

Many of the developers have been hesitant towards investing in many different sectors of residential housing since the basic credit criteria fails to meet. This can be somehow credited to the pricing of the rental apartments based on the square feet area not done properly. This needs to change.

We were looking at buying a new home in Bangalore. I have bought an 3BHK apartment from Century real estate recently.

I have inquired many people around Bangalore and found that Century offers best quality compared to many other top builders and they handle project on time. The best part I love is Amenities of both out/indoor what they provide they are simply world-class.It has everything that we were looking for such as swimming pool, coffee shop, tennis court and much more.

Really though it was a good one to choose but when compared to other builders it gonna really comes a debatable thing and one must be really beat experienced to be invest with lots.

Just my suggestion is to be take care before and really we have many other companies tobe for, they have some good culture in developing and giving it to the customer as they were well experienced but it was in like amoderate one to choos and the second value of the land is not much higher with the first part and it was really a seeming thing.as it was emerging it was doing its best but some parts it may been lagging and I support the team and it was really a master piece designers and need to improve more to compete the real world class developers

Hi Raja, I have been discussing with Century team for last few days in regard to an apartment in Phase II as the Phase I is completely sold and registered.

I came across your review posted during 2012, I have visited the site and the Tower C & D of Phase I are completed and Tower A & B of Phase II are in progress.

I see a lot of residents have moved in and the complex looks very nice with lots of open space, kids play area, pleasant atmosphere and spacious corridors. Phase I folks are really lucky to be bought at the price at that time.

The highlight I feel in this project is the 4 floors clubhouse which is really massive & impressive with swimming pool.

I was able to see good availability in 3 BHK and I am looking for a unit at higher floors, yet to finalise the price.

Would like to know what are the top schools in the vicinity to plan further?

I own an apt from Century builders in Bangalore and I request none of you to ever buy any property from this builder. Although they seem to have a good name cos of the contributions done in Bangalore Govt. buildings still their apartments quality is too bad and don't keep their word on delivery timelines and paying betterment charges etc.

The walls started to show fungus and wall around the door hinges started to crack very early. Neither the builder nor the maintenance team took the responsibility and we had to repaint within the first one yr of buying the new apt. There has been overhead tank leakages and wall seepage and huge cracks several times and after long delays they agreed to mend it.

I seriously recommend not to buy any of their properties as same will be the fate and our hard earned money will go in vain.

Please do not invest in century they do not meet their timelines . I have a very bad experience with their customer service too. There is delay in each of its projects .

Please do not invest in it . Builder gives all kind of assurances and fails to keep up to the commitments. The builder has made me wait for 1.5 years and I have still not received the hand over of my apartment which is really frustrating based on their commitment to deliver by march 2015.

Although Century seems to be having good land bank in Bangalore, his reputation as a builder - as compared against other major names - might be debatable. There recent projects - Breeze & Ethos - haven't kicked off in a way it should have. In fact, there was/is an extended period of delay.

The projects are at a prime location and may yield good returns, however, one should consider the schedule completion date and the track record of the builder. It may be worthwhile for people looking to book Century projects - for own use - may compare the projects with other projects in the vicinity before making the decision.
