Century and Quality don't go together!

If you are a home seeker who asks for atleast an average quality construction, then I would strongly urge you not to purchase an unit in Century Real Estate's project. I have purchased an apartment from them and am living in the unit currently, and am thoroughly disappointed with the quality of the construction.

And this feedback does not come from me alone, but from the masons, interior works people etc. in my apartment who had to deal with all sorts of construction quality irregularities and have mentioned this as well. If you can afford the same amount of money that you are dishing out for a Century apartment, I would recommend you go for a sjr, mantri, prestige, brigade, provident, concorde etc. Invest in a Century Apartment at your risk.

The bathroom tiling is a total sham. The "free" modular kitchen is made of the lowest quality feather board. I had to dismantle the whole "free" kitchen in order to install an average quality modular kitchen cabinets at my own cost. Please note, I am not even expecting high quality, but am seeking just average quality, and am disappointed to say that Century doesn't meet the expectations.

There are several other issues with this builder which are far more critical and which I am not detailing here. To all who are planning to invest in an apartment from Century, you may want to reconsider your decision. Please go and check out their existing constructions and find out for yourself and I am sure you will get the answer.
